The length of the stories varies based on the plan you choose. Our StorieSparkle plan offers stories that are perfect for quick reads, while StorieSpectacle and StorieSupernova plans provide longer, more immersive tales.

Can I save stories to read later?

Yes, all generated stories are saved within your account for future reading. You can easily access your saved stories anytime, even once your subscription has lapsed.

Is there a mobile app version available for iOS/Android?

StorieStar is a web-based app designed for use on most mobile devices. While we do not have an iOS or Android app, you can install the app on your iPad or tablet using the ‘Install App’ icon at the top right once you have logged in.

Is my child's data safe with StorieStar?

The safety and privacy of your child’s data are our top priorities. We adhere to strict data protection regulations and use advanced security measures to ensure all information is secure.

Is there a free trial?

You can create 2 free stories, with no obligation. After that, you will need to purchase credits you can use whenever you’d like. 1 story = 1 credit!

Can I modify the story after it's generated?

At the moment, it is not possible to modify the story once it’s been generated. But this is high on our list of features to add in an upcoming release!

Do you offer stories in other languages?

StorieStar is currently available in English and French, with other languages coming soon

How often are new genres or themes added?

We regularly update our story library with new genres and themes. Subscribers receive notifications about these updates.
